I started Diller Travel because I kept seeing the same story repeat itself. Someone spends weeks planning a vacation online, books what looks good on paper, and ends up in a cabin above the engine room or misses the glacier excursion because it was sold out three months ago. Not because they made bad decisions — because they didn't have access to the right information.

I've stood on that Alaska cruise deck at 6am watching a humpback whale surface thirty feet from the ship. I've driven the Wild Atlantic Way and found the pub where a traditional music session started at 9pm and nobody warned me it would be the highlight of my trip. I've planned trips for families where every age group was skeptical at the start and nobody wanted to go home at the end. Those experiences are what I bring to every itinerary I build.
