Land Adventure Travel Planning

Not every great adventure happens on a ship. Some of the best travel is a car on a winding Irish road, a trail in Costa Rica, a national park at sunrise. If you're looking for a travel agent who plans adventure trips — not just cruises — you're in the right place.

I Plan Land Trips Too — and Love It

While I specialize in cruises, some of the best trips I've planned have been entirely on land. Ireland road trips, national park tours, European city-hopping, and Central American adventures have all been on the itinerary.

The same expertise that goes into a cruise itinerary — knowing where to stay, what to skip, how to pace a trip, and where the hidden gems are — applies to land travel too.

Ireland Road Trip

Rent a car, take the Wild Atlantic Way, stop at ancient stone walls and cliffside pubs. An Ireland road trip is one of the most rewarding travel experiences in the world — and I've built many of them.

Central America

Costa Rica, Belize, Panama — Central America offers incredible biodiversity, adventure activities, and culture at a fraction of European prices. Great for families, groups, and adventure seekers.

National Parks & Mountains

From Glacier National Park to the Swiss Alps, I plan active, scenic land adventures for travelers who want to earn their views. Hiking, wildlife watching, and mountain towns are all in the mix.

Land Travel FAQ

Common Questions

Yes. While Ireland, family travel, and adventure trips are favorites, I work with travelers going to Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean (land-based), US domestic destinations, and more. Just ask.
A good agent saves you the 20+ hours of research most people spend planning a trip. I know the accommodation quality differences that don't show up in star ratings, the local timing issues that matter, and the itinerary pacing that makes a trip feel relaxed rather than rushed.
Absolutely — and this is often the best of both worlds. A week in Ireland followed by a British Isles cruise, or an Alaska land tour before your cruise. These are some of my favorite trips to put together.
For peak season travel — summer in Europe or Ireland, national park high season — 6-9 months out is ideal. Quality accommodations in popular areas book up fast. Off-season is more flexible, but 3-4 months still gives you the best options.
Nothing. Travel agents are compensated by the hotels, tour operators, and suppliers they book through — not by you. You get the benefit of expert planning at no extra cost. The trip itself costs the same whether you book it yourself or through me — often less, because I have access to rates and packages you can't get directly.
Yes. Solo travel has some specific planning considerations — single supplement fees on cruises, solo-friendly accommodations, safety for solo travelers in certain destinations. I plan solo trips for people at all experience levels, from first-time solo travelers to seasoned independent travelers who just want expert logistics help.
